No. ChargeDock works with contactless payment at the station. No app, no account and no login.
Can I return it somewhere else?
Yes. Return it to any free slot at any ChargeDock station.
What cables are included?

What if a station is not working?
Message us with the location and time. We review the charge and solve the issue.
Why do I see a deposit?
It is a pre-authorisation to protect the hardware. It is not the final charge when you return the power bank correctly.
What happens if I do not return it?
The lost item fee shown at the station and in the terms of service applies.
What does it cost for a venue?
For selected partners, installation and maintenance are included. We review each venue by location and guest volume.
How long does installation take?
It can usually be completed in a short visit when there is power and a clear placement spot.
